Happily Ever After? Season 7 Duos Stayed Together

admin2021January 8, 2023

90 Day Fiancé franchise fans found themselves witnessing more tension and drama than stable and loving relationships on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 7, and it’s time to talk about which pairs are still together. However, many duos are in uncertain and unstable places. The first part of the four-part Tell-All confirmed the statuses of all seven featured couples.

Many 90 Day Fiancé fans were upset with the Happily Ever After season 7 cast from the start, as it featured a number of franchise villains, such as Big Ed Brown and Angela Deem. Angela displayed her typical abusive and unhinged behavior all season long, and she already demonstrated her anger, wrath, and instability at the Tell-All part 1. Meanwhile, fans were annoyed that Americans Big Ed and Liz Woods remained unmarried, just like Kim Menzies and Usman Umar. Happily Ever After is supposed to focus on foreign couples after they tie the knot, but the season mostly featured unhealthy relationship drama, rather than newlyweds navigating their lives together. Couples showed varying levels of stability overall.

Libby Potthast & Andrei Castravet Are Going Strong

Libby Potthast and Andrei Castravet are easily the most stable couple on Happily Ever After season 7. 90 Day Fiancé fans might not like Libby and Andrei very much, but they are clearly in love, and have a strong marriage. They communicate, have chemistry with each other, and support one another. Their issues are with Libby’s family, although they always try to have each other’s backs. Libby was unable to attend the Tell-All, as she was eight months pregnant at the time of filming, and couldn’t fly. However, her marriage to Andrei appeared just as strong as it’s ever been.

Jenny Slatten & Sumit Singh Are Transitioning

Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh were also not together in person, as Jenny went to the US for the first time in three years, and Sumit remained in India, since he didn’t have a travel visa. However, they do appear to still be in love. 90 Day Fiancé star Jenny made it clear that she might stay in the US solo, but she ended up crying when Sumit told her that he missed her. Jenny and Sumit have issues and a huge age gap, but their love for each other was obvious at the Tell-All.

Bilal Hazziez & Shaeeda Sween Are Trying For A Kid

Bilal Hazziez and Shaeeda Sween were one duo that many viewers thought would split, and fans actually rooted for Shaeeda to leave Bilal. However, they are still together, and finally trying to have a baby. Shaeeda made it crystal clear that her number one life priority is having a kid, and she is not getting any younger. The duo confirmed that they stopped using birth control, saying that they are now trying to conceive a child. However, 90 Day Fiancé cast member Shaeeda admitted that she doesn’t know how much money her husband makes. She stated that he refuses to open a joint bank account with her.

Jovi Dufren & Yara Zaya Have Issues

Jovi Dufren and Yara Zaya are another couple who faced many problems on Happily Ever After. Like Shaeeda and Bilal, they are still together. However, fans still think that divorce is on the table for the duo. Jovi and Yara seem like the perfect family on social media, but they were once again not on the same page. This is true, even though Yara left Europe and joined Jovi in New York for the Tell-All. She hates where they live (Louisiana), adding that the Czech Republic is still a possibility, even though Jovi insisted that it wasn’t an option for them.

Big Ed Brown & Liz Woods Are Barely Hanging On

Big Ed and Liz were in a worse place, as the 90 Day Fiancé franchise duo split again between filming. Big Ed admitted to once again dumping Liz, and forcing her out of his home on short notice. This led to her being homeless; she couch-surfed for six weeks. They are now together, but they only see each other every other night, under strict rules. Big Ed claimed to be happy with the arrangement, though Liz clearly was not. Meanwhile, the Tell-All teased the bombshell revelation that Big Ed is still talking to his ex-girlfriend Rose Vega behind Liz’s back. Therefore, they could still split.

Angela Deem & Michael Ilesanmi Are Rocky

Angela and her husband Michael Ilesanmi are just as rocky as ever. Happily Ever After season 7 ended with Angela discovering that Michael was chatting to a woman online, despite Angela banning him from social media. The 90 Day Fiancé mega-villain now considers their marriage to be in jeopardy. However, Angela and Michael appear to still be an item; they are a united front, despite Angela’s continually abusive behavior. Michael ended his video call when Angela stormed out of the Tell-All. He also ended his friendship with Usman Umar, due to Angela’s feud with the Nigerian man.

Kim Menzies & Usman Umar Are Just Friends

Lastly, Usman and his older American partner Kimberly Menzies are the only Happily Ever After season 7 pair to have a confirmed split. Usman previously divorced his 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days first wife Lisa Hamme, though his relationship with Kim never made it to marriage. Kim confirmed that their Happily Ever After finale breakup was final. She said she ended things, even though she was willing to be friends with benefits. However, some 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? fans suspect that their romance isn’t over.
